The Ledington recipe, using Ken's 13g method, and assuming that the 13g (13%) element revealed last to Shelton was MSG. I have removed the salt from the recipe and calculated it into the salt box:

Paprika - 2.94g
White Pepper - 2.65g
Garlic - 1.33g
Celery seed - .85g
Black Pepper - .85g
Mustard - .77g
Ginger - .77g
Thyme - .18g
Basil - .18g
Oregano - .12g

MSG - 2.4g

This 13g of seasoning is added to 200g of soft winter wheat flour, along with 24g of salt. This is not my recipe. It is Ledington's recipe, minus the salt (added separate), and using Ken's 13g theory.

As the usual, Ken is a waste of peoples life, ken is not a researcher, he only know how to research on other people recipe and by stealing them......

In fact, all of these guys from TCK, Ken is a full perfect match of these idiots, Mark, never did research in his life, he stoled recipes from others, Same for Provo, he's still stuck on his lab analist on 99X with only 9 ingredients found, as of ken, well he's a perfect match of these idiots....

In fact, all of these UK guys and that include Aussies, they don't know shit about fried chicken !!!!!!! Even less what it tasted back then.......
